With the initial success of the Wednesday 12 o'clock class, some students have now requested an early morning training session. This way they can get their Jiu-Jitsu fix before going to work. You will feel fresh and energized to start your day.
We are planning to make a test on Thursday, March 13th at 7:30am. This will be a 60-minute session with 30min open mat in the end.
Once again, we need your support behind this idea. If enough people show interest, we might add this class to our regular weekly schedule.
Jiu-Jitsu for breakfast anyone???
